We've used Johnnie Jones Plumbing several times. They're always on time, courteous and professional, and seriously reasonable on charges! The plumbing company of choice!

I've used twice with great results both times. First time was a bigger job, adding new washing machine plumbing from the machine, through a concrete wall and floor, under the house and tied in to the main line out from the house. That was Ed and Trevor, and they were professional, courteous, explained what they were doing, and you could tell they take pride in their work. They were both covered head to toe in dust after this job, but they were happy because I was happy. When you find a company with employees like this you keep them and you HIGHLY recommend them to friends, family, and anyone asking for a recommended plumber. Second time out Trevor did a kitchen faucet install. I am very satisfied with the work and the faucet looks great! I can't say enough good things about them. I also feel their pricing is very good. They're honest and don't try upselling anything.

I had the misfortune of needing a plumber several times recently: first a leak under the crawlspace of my house, then to fix a shower repair I tried to do myself, and lastly to replace an outdoor spigot that was completely corroded. Each time Johnnie Jones Plumbing was professional, courteous, prompt, was upfront about costs, and, most importantly, knew what they were doing. While I hope I never need them again, I'm glad I have a plumber I can trust.

They were wonderful. My friend had recommended them and I am so pleased. Trevor came on time and was courteous and professional. He fixed my leak in less than 15 minutes! Because it was such a quick and simple fix they discounted the repair call. We turned the house water back on and no leak. After he left, I realized when the toilet was flushed it made a strange noise. I called and Trevor immediately came back and took care of the problem. Companies like this are hard to find. They have a customer for life 🙂

I was able to get an appointment at my convenience. The plumber came on time. Pinpointed the issue and fixed it within the hour. I have used them before and will use them again.

I have had service on two separate plumbing issues and can't recommend this company enough. Barbara in the office and plumbers Trevor and Ed are courteous, efficient, and professional. Charges were not only competitive, but fair. From my experience with St. Petersburg plumbers, companies like Johnnie Jones Plumbing are the exception, not the rule.

Beyond Happy With the Results! I initially tried to repair my own toilet, after receiving a $200 water bill. When all was said and done, there was more water coming out of the sides of the toilet than the initial leak I started with. The operator at Johnnie Jones was very informative and through a series of questions assured me I did not need a new toilet, and also said that, in the off chance I needed to, if I did switch out toilets the City of St. Pete offered a rebate. The technician scheduled called me prior to coming over, and I was able to schedule my lunch break around the fix. He was very efficient, fixing my toilet and replacing parts in another toilet, in and out in under an hour. Further, the rate charged was very economical for the service received. I've done nothing but praise this company since returning back to work! GREAT JOB!

Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable lady in the office who answered the phone, scheduled a plumber to my home in less than one hour from my calling. The faucet in the bathtub broke and I expected a very large charge for the difficulty in accessing the plumbing behind the tiles. Ed was able to replace the cartridge on the faucet handle and installed a new faucet for less than $190.00. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends!
